Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pulse Force, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Services

Pulse Force provides workforce and operations management tools, including employee and site administration, attendance and time tracking, payroll workflows, expense and advance management, invoicing, and related reporting features.

3. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must promptly notify us of unauthorized use or a suspected security incident.

4. License and Permitted Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for internal business purposes. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, distribute, or misuse the platform except as permitted by law.

5. Customer Data

You retain ownership of your organization's data. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights needed to process employee, payroll, and operational data submitted to the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
  • Interfere with platform security, integrity, or availability, including unauthorized access attempts.
  • Upload malicious code, harmful content, or data that violates third-party rights.
  • Circumvent usage limits, access controls, or account permissions.

7. Fees and Commercial Terms

Paid plans, pricing, billing cycles, and related commercial terms are communicated separately through order forms, proposals, or plan pages. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. Applicable taxes, including GST where relevant, are payable by the customer in addition to subscription or service fees.

8. Statutory and Payroll Compliance

Pulse Force provides tools to support payroll and workforce workflows, but you remain responsible for legal compliance of your organization, including labour law, wage, tax, social security, and statutory filing obligations under applicable Indian law.

9. Intellectual Property

Pulse Force and all related software, branding, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We work to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update, improve, or modify features from time to time.

11. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if required by law, or if use poses security or legal risk. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses, and liabilities arising from your use of the service, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable dispute resolution terms in your commercial agreement, courts in Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
